Garry Tank - President

Garry is responsible for management direction, long term vision, and business acquisitions. With a BS Education degree in industrial arts Garry has held director positions in both state and national pest management associations. Garry purchased Rochester Exterminating in 1982 and has headed its growth from a three person company to Western New York's market leader with over 35 employees today.

John Zimmerman - General Manager

John is responsible for the operations of Rochester Exterminating including administration, service, sales and client relations. John, a State Certified Technician, holds a BS in Environmental Health. With over 30 years of experience in the Pest Management Industry, he is a member of the Cornell Community IPM Advisory Council, and Region 9 Director for New York State Pest Management Association.

Joanne Tank - Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Joanne is responsible for financial functions including financial reporting, business analysis, financial planning, cash management as part of participating in the management and strategy of the company from a financial perspective. Joanne has 15 years of experience in financial services, and 19 years experience in the pest management industry, is active in National Pest Management Association and Associated Pest Services, and is a Member of the Business Management Committee of the National Pest Management Association.

Christine Zimmerman - H.R. Manager, Fleet Manager

Christine is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources Department, and also manages the maintenance program for company fleet of 35 vehicles. Christine has a BS in Management from Empire State College, SUNY, 10 years experience in the pest management industry and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Chris Phillips - Service Manager

Chris is responsible for all service operations of Rochester Exterminating. With over 13 years of experience in the pest management industry, Chris is a State Certified Technician. An active member of the Associated Pest Services managers group, Chris manages our compliance with Quality Pro certification requirements.

Debbie Nightingale - Customer Service Manager

Debbie is responsible for administration, customer service and billing departments. Debbie brings over 30 years of experience in customer service and over 10 years of experience in pest management industry to Rochester Exterminating. She earned her Associates degree in Informational Sciences from Erie Community College, and is a Certified Pest Pac systems operator.

Ian McCabe - Information Technology Manager

Ian is responsible for developing new technologies and managing existing systems for business operations and client communications. A graduate of ITT Technical Institute, Ian has over 7years of experience in pest management industry. He is a State Certified Technician and Quality Pro Certified.

Marc Potzler - Quality Assurance Supervisor, Entomologist

Mark is responsible for quality assurance in commercial pest management programs and insect identification. He also assists with technical training. Marc holds a BS Entomology from SUNY Syracuse. His background includes 4 years in the Entomology Department at the Buffalo Museum of Science, and over 9 years of experience in the pest management industry. He is a State Certified Technician and Quality Pro Certified.

Lou Danzi - Service Supervisor

Lou is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of residential and commercial technicians and service specialists. With over 30 years experience in the pest management industry, Lou is a State Certified Technician and Quality Pro certified.
